Our project for Galapagos
We work so that the Galapagos population has access to good, organic and local food. We promote sustainable development, fostering a model of society committed to conservation and sustainable tourism.
We develop our projects within the following four fields:
Promote the kind of agriculture which is based on local products and community work
Develop skills related to conservation, food and sustainable tourism
Stimulate the local economy
through a zero waste philosophy, encouraging cooperation and the sharing of resources
Develop an investigative gastronomy, which participates in cultural development and promotes healthy eating
